About Your Practitcioner
Kitty is a floral designer, artist, Reiki practitioner, and Plant Medicine facilitator from Upstate, NY. She is a first generation Mexican-American who grew up in both Mexico and the U.S. forging a strong connection with her heritage. She has a profound admiration for our plant allies and their role in healing our mind, body, and spirit.
Inspired by the teachings of Mother Earth, Shamanism, Gnostic Mysticism, Alchemy, and Death Work, Kitty has a rich background in holding circles and ceremonies. She does this work with the aim of fostering a sense of community and providing safe spaces for personal transformation, healing, and growth. As a Reiki practitioner, she channels Universal Life Energy with pure intention to alleviate mental and physical stress, and promote energetic well-being in her clients.
Kitty has received mentorship and training from various healers including Medicine Women, Energy Workers, and most recently a Death Witch in pursuit of working in Holistic Death care. Her approach to wellness comes from a variety of lineages and experiences from her unique life path and personal circumstances. At the core of her practices lies the alchemy of her own shadows and grief, transmuted and integrated into courage and open heartedness. Her various offerings are designed to help others find and empower themselves, as she believes that everyone has the potential to heal.
